Shipping & Delivery Policy

Welcome to Biocosmi! We are committed to delivering your skincare products quickly and securely.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3 to 7 working days depending on your exact location in India.

  • Note: Delivery times may occasionally be affected by bad weather, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) or Free Shipping offers will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy & Verification

  • To ensure smooth delivery and prevent fraudulent orders, all COD orders require mandatory verification.

  • Once you place a COD order, our support team will send a confirmation message via WhatsApp. Your order will strictly be dispatched ONLY AFTER you confirm it on WhatsApp. Unverified orders will be automatically canceled within 24 hours.

5. Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an Email/SMS containing your tracking link. You can use this link to track your parcel's journey right to your doorstep.

6. Incorrect Address or Phone Number

  • Biocosmi is not responsible for delayed, lost, or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address/phone number provided by the customer. Please double-check your pincode and contact details at checkout.
